A former state attorney for the health department faces up to eight years in prison after pleading guilty in a deadly drunk-driving accident. Terry Record, 28, is scheduled to be sentenced this afternoon for a 2007 crash that killed a man. Investigators say Record was drinking at a strip club on the southeast side of Indianapolis and ran a red light. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
