Schrenker, who goes on trial next week in a U.S. District Court in Florida, is accused of intentionally crashing an airplane in January in an attempt to fake his death. His wife, Michelle Schrenker, will be allowed to stay in the Geist home until it’s sold. A court-appointed receiver must file an itemized list of Schrenker’s assets and liabilities by mid-August.
