The ordinance would eliminate smoking in public places and businesses, including restaurants, bars and eight out of every 10 hotel rooms. Violators would pay fines between $50 and $500. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Westfield City. Hall. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
