  1. It should be noted that this site was previously rezoned to MU-2 for a far more appropriate apartment project. Downzoning to D-8 for a townhome project is misguided when the site is 350′ from a Red Line station. This should be part of a dense “village core” around the station, not the fringe where a townhome project would make sense.

    1. Its a fantastic option. I think I speak for the entire neighborhood when we would like to see people own their homes. either way, its an amazing option compared to what is currently there.
