    1. “Parking was an issue” is a strange comment for a building that:

-> Sits within one of Downtown’s most unforgivable parking seas. Huge waste of valuable land in the name of making it easy to park.
-> Is across the street from Kroger’s free parking garage. It may not be Kosher to park there, but it’s not like Kroger enforces it.
-> Is in a part of Downtown where it’s easy to find FREE street parking 24/7. There is ALWAYS parking one block over on Senate.
-> Has a stop on an interlined BRT route.
-> Is on a protected bike lane.

      ___

Anyway, there’s nothing necessarily wrong with the new location other than high chance that a developer buys the office complex and turns it into apartments. That’s exactly what’s happening to the office complex directly to the north.
