Imagine explaining the concept of a “weight loss drug shortage” to someone who lived prior to the year 1950. It’s like the polar opposite of a food shortage. We have so much food that people can’t control themselves, and then require weight loss pills to remedy their obesity, to the point that we have a shortage of weight loss pills. It’s like the reverse cure for world hunger. Makes my head hurt.
