RIP Bill
Bill was a gentleman, leader, and all around good citizen. I enjoyed his company and working with him.
One-off the really good men who shaped the city. RIP
Completely agree with all of the above…he was one of the last remaining leaders from a “golden era” of leading the city on a better path and not worrying about credit or accolades. Great mentor to many…
Bill was an amazing Mentor and community leader. He never met a stranger. I visited him a few months ago and he smiled and never complained and reminisced about the accomplishments and successes of Indianapolis over the last few decades. You will be missed my friend.
