We can’t all have standards.
When will Developers learn that all Seniors don’t enjoy living up and not out. Mid or High Rise Seniors is not a market grabber. Just my opinion. Wish a developer would or could find it economically feasible to find some land not 40 miles out n the country to develop low ranch style seniors living without all the bells and whistles of trails, pools. lavish club houses, but a nice seniors neighborhood. Been in this commercial business for over 55 years and its not an option that we know of at affordable rates.
