Been there and the 96th St. location a couple times. First time? Not impressed; second time? That’s it, no more! That location deserves something better than a chain chicken place.
Location wasn’t the greatest.
This place has gone downhill, and fast. I know of two people in the past several months who have gotten food poisoning from the 96th Street location.
Hmmm…its almost like having 2 hot chicken restaurants right across the street from one another wasn’t the best idea.
Interesting this made the news on IBJ!
Very surprised the restaurant made it this far – the quality, taste, ingredients, environment, and selections have been subpar since they opened and continued to decline.
Lived in Broad Ripple when Applebee’s went out and Joella’s opened. The patio overlooking the White River sounds great right > in reality you can’t see much. None of the business open up the view. It’s like 90% blocked by trees. I’m not sure if it’s costs, regulation, or lack of investment but feels like a miss every time.
