  1. This would definitely be a game changer for Westfield and Central Indiana’s metro area. There has always been a need for a project like this in the metro area. It would do the city of Westfield good to do everything in its power to make sure this project gets built. Tourist would come from all over and the economic drive would be immense. Noblesville, Fishers and Carmel all have exploded with development projects of all kinds. Westfield is the late bloomer in Hamilton County and this project will definitely make its mark and demand attention. Im certain that the quality of life and entertainment in Westfield could appreciate an added project like this in the area. The substance and the type of the development is exactly what educated talent flocks towards. If built as planned, you can expect the population of Westfield to grow even more than it currently is and at a faster rate.

  2. I like all the activity that is planned, but the lawsuit hanging on this development (granted it is between two individuals) doesn’t bode well. Unless the City Council receives some assurances that it will be rectified, I wouldn’t approve it…yet.
