  1. They’re likely to not just touch it…Mumps will get out his chain saw and use that style of “fraud investigation.”
    you want to cut government fraud? Stop firing the people who are supposed to investigate fraud, and hire more. They cut out the IRS employees who were supposed to increase audits on the top 5%, and the group that was supposed to revamp the IT systems.
