It is the ninth-largest residential real estate agency in the Indianapolis area, according to the latest IBJ statistics. In 2015, the north office sold homes with a total value of $264.2 million, up from $213.5 million the previous year. It also closed 1,586 transactions with an average sale price of $166,578.
