Toyota Forklifts earned the top spot in a Peerless Research Group survey of forklifts. The survey focused on four areas: quality, value, cost of ownership and safety. Survey participants included nearly 300 brands from a variety of industries, including shipping/transportation, manufacturing, distribution and warehousing/storage.
Toyota Forklifts are manufactured by Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Inc. at the company’s facility in Columbus. Massachusetts-based Peerless specializes in marketing and media research for materials handling, logistics and supply-chain marketers.•
