Songwriter Steve Wallace received Indiana’s Distinguished Hoosier Award from Gov. Eric Holcomb for helping others in his community through the streaming royalties of his song “Anderson Speedway” a song he wrote about the race track in Anderson.

Cynthia “Cindy” Hoye, Indiana State Fair, was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions.
