In May, Browning announced a joint venture with locally based Duke to market it as AllPoints Midwest. The venture also jointly markets AllPoints at Anson, the 616-acre, 7.4 million-square-foot industrial park Duke is developing in Whitestown.
Plainfield annexed AllPoints Midwest, and Avon followed suit, with both towns wanting the potential tax revenue from such a large development. A lawsuit filed by Avon to stop Plainfield’s annexation was dismissed. Avon lost an appeal.
