A closed Bennigan’s restaurant in Fishers is now home to Hot Shotz. The local restaurant’s previous location, near 96th Street and Gray Road, was destroyed in a fire on June 28. The new location is attached to the Holiday Inn Fishers hotel and is larger, at 2,600 square feet. The restaurant already is serving customers, but a grand opening is scheduled for Oct. 18.
In other restaurant news: Allen Commercial has begun construction on a 10,000-square-foot retail strip at the corner of U.S. 31 and Smith Valley Road in Greenwood that will include Dunkin Donuts.
