Steak n Shake's downtown headquarters is getting new signage. Workers today were installing signs on the southeast facade of the Century Building at Maryland and Pennsylvania streets. The publicly traded parent company of Steak n Shake restaurants plans to change its name to Biglari Holdings and move its headquarters to Texas, but the company's Steak n Shake restaurant division will remain in Indianapolis. Thoughts on the signs?
