The 2010/11 season for IU Auditorium includes a number of shows that either played or will play Indianapolis, including "Legally Blonde: The Musical (coming to Clowes Hall next week), "A Chorus Line" (which just left), and "Monty Python's Spamalot" (which came through a few season's back).
However, if you want to see "Spring Awakening," 2008's outstanding Tony-winning Best Musical, you'll have to head south. Duncan Sheik's musical–which helped launch "Glee's" Lea Michele–will be playing IU for one night only in February. If you ask me, the fact that "Spring Awakening" isn't coming to Indy is totally, well, let's just say I'm really looking forward to seeing the show again.
Also on the schedule: David Sedaris in October and Drumline Live in November. See the full schedule here.
