Bazbeaux Pizza has inked a deal to take 4,700 square feet in 3Mass, moving to the first floor of the upscale condo building from its current home across the street. Bazbeaux hopes to start construction soon and open before the end of the year. Bazbeaux is the second first-floor retail tenant to sign a deal for 3Mass; a bar and lounge called The Ball and Biscuit is scheduled to open this summer. About 5,000 square feet remain on the first floor of the building, which was developed by Halakar Properties and Pillar Investments. No word yet on what will replace Bazbeaux in its current building, owned by Brad Stout of Stout's Footwear.
