The Ohio-based City Barbeque chain plans to open its first Indiana restaurant in Greenwood on the site of the former Grindstone Charley's. The chain, which was formed in 1999 by a barbecue competition team, offers a variety of regional styles at its 16 restaurants in Ohio. The new store at 7863 U.S. 31 South, scheduled to open in late summer or early fall, is under construction now. The chain also is looking at other potential locations in Indiana. Anyone familiar with the restaurants?
