BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse plans to build a restaurant at the entrance to Hamilton Town Center. The 7,500-square-foot restaurant will be the second in Indiana for the popular casual dining chain known for its deep-dish pizza and Pizookies (fresh-baked cookies topped with vanilla bean ice cream). The restaurant is planned for the southeast corner of Campus Parkway and Town Center Boulevard. It joins several other sit-down restaurants in the Noblesville lifestyle mall, including Stone Creek Dining Company, Houlihan's, Mo's Irish Pub and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. The Huntington Beach, Calif.-based BJ's chain opened its first central Indiana location in 2008 at Greenwood Park Mall. It operates 115 restaurants in 13 states, with most of the restaurants in California and Texas.
