May 13 addition: Here's a link to the full text of John Green's Butler University commencement address.
Butler University scored a speaker this year certain to hold the attention of its graduates.
John Green, author of "The Fault in Our Stars," "Paper Towns" and other best-sellers targeted at teens and young adults but popular across the reading spectrum, will deliver BU's commencement address at Hinkle Fieldhouse. He'll also pick up an honorary degree.
Green, who won the Indiana Authors Award for National Author in 2012, won't be the only notable on stage: University mascot Blue II will strut across the stage for a ceremonial bone.
Perhaps Butler should anticipate a wave of applicants by nerdfighters—the followers of Green's popular vlogbrothers YouTube chats.
