“What I Learned in Paris”

“The Last Days of Judas Iscariot”

Wisdom Tooth Theatre Project, in residence at the Fringe building, stages Stephen Guirgis’ play in which the Bible’s most infamous villain gets to have his say in court—in front of witnesses that include Mary Magdalene, Mother Teresa and Sigmund Freud. Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra

Violinist Zach De Pue takes the spotlight for a performance of Barber’s Violin Concerto. The program also includes Dvorak’s Slavonic Dances as well as a world premier brass concerto commissioned by the ISO from its principal trombonist James Beckel. March 19-22 Hilbert Circle Theatre Details

Wayne Shorter Quartet

Pianist Danilo Perez, bassist John Patitucci, and drummer Brian Blade join the influential composer/saxophonist for a concert following their album “Without a Net,” named in DownBeat magazine’s critics’ poll as Jazz 2013’s Album of the Year. March 21  Palladium  Details

“Lightwire…The Show,” March 21, lights up Clowes Hall with the group popularized on “America’s Got Talent.”

The national tour of “Peter and the Starcatcher,” which flew past Indianapolis, lands March 23 at Elliot Hall of Music in West Lafayette.

Jean-Michael Cousteau visits the IMAX Theater at the Indiana State Museum for a screening of his documentary “Secret Ocean 3D.” The film opens on march 20 and Cousteau will be participating in a Q&A session on March 23.
