The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis is hosting its first Indy Rama home-tour event highlighting residences in downtown and near-downtown neighborhoods.
The show begins Oct. 15 and runs through Oct. 25, each Thursday through Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. The tour features two townhomes, two newly constructed residences and one fully rehabbed house. The neighborhoods represented are Holy Cross, Fall Creek Place, Herron-Morton Place, and Chatham Arch.
The tour begins near Massachusetts Avenue at the Indianapolis Public Schools parking lot on the former Coca-Cola plant property, 901 Carrollton Ave., where shuttles will take attendees on the tour.
The featured builders and the addresses of the residences are:
• 1150 Marlow Ave., The Re-Development Group
• 2439 Broadway St., ZMC Urban Homes
• 1815 N. Alabama St., Trade Design Studio
• 1036 Broadway St., English by Park 10
• 1034 Broadway St., Durbin by Park 10
Home prices range from $200,000 to $650,000.
