  1. Is there information available for total residential units? Also do these “single-family” permit numbers include so-called “attached single-family” such as typical townhouses? I’d expect that Marion County might be seeing an increasing percentage of its units in more multi-family / attached housing as the amount of “greenfield” areas available for single-family subdivisions dwindles and higher-density redevelopment increases in the core areas.
