There won’t be any beggars or bums sleeping on the sidewalk outside their front door where they moved. The sand can’t be said if your on the circle.
There’s a reason that building is vacant.
Hmm. I don’t recall reading anywhere in the article that their reasoning for not moving downtown was because they were intolerant or disdainful of homeless people.
They don’t need exposure. They’re not a retail outlet. They needed office space.
Another Win for Indiana and another loss for the poor policy State of California.
It’s unclear from this story how many employees Lucas Oil has/had at is California HQ, and how many of them will move to Indiana to work in their new HQ.
Its offices were already here. This is a paper move IMO.
The biggest line in the whole story is near the end – the company is moving without seeking incentives from the state and city. Imagine that!
