  1. It pays to do a lot of government and TIF work, and some of those ill gotten gains get reinvested in Brainard’s campaign war chest, to the tune of $8500 last year. The Collectivism is an apt name.

    1. Eric…. ill gotten gains? Really? Do you know anything about us? Government work? Feel free to stop by our office and talk anytime and i’lll be happy to correct your misconceptions. Or are you just one of those people who love to anonymously cast stones. By the way,, the name is The Collective, not Collecttivism.

  2. Perfect fit for the area. Its modern and cozy design makes it fit right in.I love how it doesn’t look cheap and generic.Carmel is definitely setting the standard for other suburb cities to follow.Fishers is hot on Carmel’s heels with economic development.I just visited Florida and the one thing I’ve always said I wished Indy would do, is have a signature style of architecture that stands out from other midwestern peer cities. I loved the architecture in Florida.Eventhough Indy doesn’t have the weather and palm tress, theres still a lot could be done to give a warm midwestern feel with a modren flare.Plus this art and business districts needs more grand entrances.A good example is Champions Gates in Orlando Florida
