  1. Grown men submit to multiple rectal examinations, don’t have the courage to refuse them despite being large human beings, and now want to bring suit against IU. This doesn’t pass the smell test for me. Sounds like somebody chasing a fat payday at the urging of an attorney.

    1. Outrageous statement Michael. Potential victims need to be heard, their claims properly analyzed, and remediation follows if there were abuses.

  2. Wow…way to vilify the victims. “Grown men”??? They were 18 and playing under the mind-games master RMK. I’d like to see you stand up to that.

  3. Need more explanation as to why these needed to be done on 20-year-olds and why multiple times. Seems strange to me as I didn’t start getting a yearly digital rectal exam (prostrate) until I turned 50 years old. If there was not a good medical reason for doing the exam, then I’d say they have a strong case.
