Im willing to bet it’s coming to Westfield. With all the hype of the planned development around Grand Park and the new luxury hotel brand from South Korea, it’s going to Westfield which is a win win for Noblesville as well. Both cities are apart of Hamilton County which consist of Carmel and Fishers. The entire county would be a selling point to win the facility and it makes logistic sense because The HQ use to be in Indy.
I’d agree. No reason they would move HQ out of state and lose most of their staff either. Just need to keep Marion Co politicians out of the deal.
