BREAKING: Durham, two other executives indicted for fraud

Beleaguered local businessman Tim Durham and two other executives tied to bankrupt Fair Finance Co. have been indicted on felony charges of wire fraud, securities fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud.
