Bio
In June 2000, broadcast news veteran Gerry Dick and technology entrepreneur Scott A. Jones formed Grow INdiana Media Ventures, LLC, a media company created to deliver Indiana business news and information through multiple media sources. Mr. Dick is president and managing editor of Inside INdiana Business, a division of IBJ Media.
GIMV properties include the EMMY-award-winning Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick, Indiana’s most-watched local business television program; InsideIndianaBusiness.com; Inside INdiana Business Radio, The INside Edge Morning Briefing and Midday e-newsletters and a variety of interactive and mobile media products.
Mr. Dick is also a frequent keynote speaker and moderator on issues related to the Indiana economy and serves as a business analyst for CBS4 & FOX 59 (Indianapolis) and 93.1 WIBC (Indianapolis).
Mr. Dick's broadcast news background includes 14 years as a principal reporter and field anchor at WRTV (ABC) in Indianapolis. While at WRTV, he reported on issues facing communities throughout Indiana and neighboring states. His work received an Emmy nomination for a 1993 series on Indiana companies doing business along the U.S.-Mexico border. He has also held reporter and anchor positions at television stations in Fort Wayne and Terre Haute.
Prior to the creation of Grow INdiana Media Ventures, Mr. Dick served as senior vice president of the Indianapolis Economic Development Corporation, where he was responsible for a broad range of initiatives, including marketing, communications, advertising and media relations.
Mr. Dick has three times been presented with the state’s top honor, the Sagamore of the Wabash, by Governors Kernan, Daniels and Pence. He has also received Ernst and Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award and been recognized by the Small Business Administration as its Journalist of the Year. Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick has received an EMMY five times for best interview/discussion program/series or special.
Mr. Dick is a native Hoosier, born and raised in the Vermillion County community of Clinton. He is a graduate of Indiana State University, which has recognized his professional accomplishments with its Distinguished Alumni Award.
He is a member of the board of directors of The International Center and past board member of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Advisors at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and the Dean’s Executive Council at the Scott College of Business at Indiana State University and is a founding member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Indiana University School of Informatics. Mr. Dick also serves as chairman of the Scholarship Selection Committee for Vectren Corporation and is an honorary member of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis.
Mr. Dick is married to the former Roz Redman of Dana, Indiana. Roz and Gerry are residents of Lawrence Township in Indianapolis and have three children.

Steve Campbell
Bio
Steve Campbell serves as Vice President of Communications & External Affairs for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. Under his leadership, the Colts were honored with the Pete Rozelle Award by the Pro Football Writers Association in 2020 as the NFL’s top communications team.
Before joining the Colts, he was president of Campbell Strategies, an Indianapolis-based communications and strategy firm, and vice president of a nationally recognized education nonprofit.
Campbell previously served as Deputy Mayor of Indianapolis and as the city’s Director of Communications, where he was Indianapolis’ chief marketing & communications officer and the city’s spokesperson with local, national and international media. He began his career as a top media advisor to two Indiana governors and the state attorney general.
He has served as a senior associate instructor at the Indiana University Department of Journalism & Public Relations in Indianapolis, a contributing columnist for the Indianapolis Business Journal, an on-air analyst for WISH-TV and WXIN-TV and a frequent public speaker on media, communications and policy.
Campbell is a graduate of Wabash College and the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He also studied at The American University in Washington DC and is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series.
An active community volunteer, Campbell has served as co-chair of the National FFA Conference, vice-chair of the 2004 U.S. Olympic Wrestling Trials and as a member of the Indianapolis Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee and the Indianapolis Bicentennial Commission. He has served on numerous boards including Wabash College, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, kNOT Today, Second Helpings, the Arts Council of Indianapolis, Downtown Indy, the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site and Girls Inc.
Campbell has been featured in Who’s Who in Black Indianapolis and was awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash, Indiana’s highest civilian award, by three different governors.

Heidi Spahn
Bio
Heidi Spahn is the Global Corporate and Community Investment Leader and Foundation President at Corteva Agriscience. In her role, she oversees corporate philanthropic initiatives in Indiana and Iowa, leading corporate and community giving programs across the United States and directing global charitable projects. Spahn also manages Corteva’s disaster and crisis relief efforts and spearheads employee volunteer engagement initiatives.
Spahn began her career at Dow AgroSciences in 1996 within the Law Department and transitioned to the Government and Public Affairs Department in 2001. Over her tenure in Public Affairs, she has held diverse roles, including corporate social responsibility, managing internal and external communications, media relations, corporate branding, and global community outreach. She also directed guest experiences and tours at the company’s global headquarters, leaving a significant mark on corporate citizenship and community engagement initiatives.
An alumna of Ball State University, Spahn earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She is also a graduate of the prestigious Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program (19th class) and the James T. Morris Global Leadership Series (4th class).
Spahn actively contributes to numerous organizations, serving as a board member for the Indiana 4-H Foundation, the National FFA Foundation Board of Trustees, and the Global Child Nutrition Foundation. Her dedication to service includes volunteering with initiatives focused on food security, 4-H programs, and Indiana Sports Corp. A former 10-year 4-H member, she has also served as a Boy Scout volunteer and Girl Scout leader.
Rooted in her upbringing on a family farm in Poseyville, Indiana, U.S.A. Spahn is deeply connected to agriculture and community. She also volunteered at the NFL Experience during Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, showcasing her passion for bringing people together.

Corey Wilson
Bio
In a dual capacity role with Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E), Corey serves as the Senior Vice President of Community Engagement where he leverages the PS&E brand to build authentic relationships with youth, families, and communities to create experiences that educate, empower and elevate. As Executive Director of the Pacers Foundation he leads the strategies that invest in community partnerships addressing equity and justice in education, health and safety of Hoosier residents.
Prior to joining PS&E in 2020, he served in a number of leadership roles at the University of Indianapolis, including Vice President of the Sease Institute and Special Advisor to the President for External Affairs. He also held progressive roles at the Indianapolis Airport Authority from 2005 to 2013. Prior to this his professional career has afforded him to the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of industries including Sports Marketing; with NIKE, Health Care; with the Marion County Health Department; Government; serving on the staff of Lieutenant Governor of Indiana.
He has a long-standing commitment to civic leadership, more specifically, at the age of 11 he served as a volunteer for the “Shoes for Children Program” which annually provided over 3,000 pairs of shoes to children during the Christmas season. Wilson became chairman of the program at the age of 17. He has also served in a leadership capacity in the Indiana Black Expo Elected & Appointed Officials Reception and the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis Beautillion Militaire Scholarship Program; a 16-week educational and scholarship program aimed at providing high school junior and senior males with the skills necessary to succeed in life.
He has served as chair of the Eskenazi Health Center Federally Qualified Health Center board of directors and has been on the boards of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis and Boy Scouts. He has also served as a Distinguished Advisor with the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and the Diversity in Leadership Program.
Currently he serves on the boards of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Indiana Youth Institute, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, Indianapolis Urban League, Indiana Youth Institute, Indianapolis Urban League, Leadership Indianapolis and the advisory board of Tobias Leadership Center.
Corey earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
