Indianapolis International Airport this month will launch a highly unusual project-shortening a runway. Indiana’s showcase business incentive program is about to go through another tweaking. At the request of the Indiana Economic Development Corp., legislators are considering changing the EDGE tax credit program to give it more teeth to retain existing jobs.
