Ovation liquidates assets as part of Chapter 11 filing: Stores will remain open under new ownership
Indianapolis-based Ovation Audio Video Specialists has emerged from bankruptcy, and some creditors are saying they got the short end of the amplifier. The high-end consumer electronics retailer filed Chapter 11 on Oct. 14 after 19 years in business.
