Teacher accused of molestation appears in court-WEB ONLY

An Indianapolis Public Schools teacher facing child-molestation charges appeared in court this morning for an initial hearing. Lee Tibbetts, a math teacher at John Marshall Community High School, was released from jail last night on bond. Court papers detail several sex acts that a 13-year-old boy says took place in the teacher’s classroom this spring.
