Anderson man arrested in abuse case-WEB ONLY

An Anderson man is behind bars, accused in what police are calling one of the most heinous cases of sexual abuse they’ve ever investigated. Randy Horton, 26, was arrested Monday on suspicion of molesting a 7-year-old girl. Horton is being held on $100,000 bond.
