Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels is building his campaign for re-election in part on another attempt to cash in a jackpot on the Hoosier Lottery. This time, he’s hedging his bet. Riley Children's Foundation has received a $1 million gift from Jim Irsay and the Indianapolis Colts, the foundation announced this afternoon. The foundation supports Riley Hospital for Children.
