The owner of a multi-building campus spread over 15 acres on the southeast side is accepting offers on the site that once served as an asylum and more recently housed low-income elderly residents.
Resource Commercial Real Estate, which will remain locally owned and operated, will be known as Colliers International effective
immediately, the company said.
Resource Commercial Real Estate is one of a handful of local real estate brokerage firms angling to take over an affiliation
with Colliers International.
