Kroger needs to work on keeping the shelves stocked instead of installing new marketing tools . Kroger has a monopoly in Fishers , In and I don’t see that there is any incentive to improve the stores . Selling clothes , shoes , etc is a ridiculous marketing approach . If they want to be like Walmart then they should just buy them out .
