Meanwhile, customers with homes that are complete or nearly completed will hear from a title company within the next month to schedule a closing, the company said.
The builder also said it has put money into escrow to finish landscaping on completed homes once spring rolls around.
For a decade, C.P. Morgan was the most prolific builder in central Indiana, but a prolonged downturn in both home values and demand for new homes slammed the 26-year-old company.
