  1. This is great, and pretty shocking. I’m sure the GOP will do what they can to stop INDOT from pursuing this. They use the word equity, which Republicans hate. It also benefits Indianapolis, which is another no no for them.

  2. Put it underground. 65 from Keystone to South Split. 70 from Emerson to North Split and South Split to Holt.

    Also turn the triangle of Virginia, North Square and English into a park.
