Not a bad little downtown at all, but still room for improvement. The north side of the square is still kinda meh.
It’s the west side of the square that is “meh”… north, east and south have great bones and businesses.
Noblesville has done a lot of great things that get very little attention. They reduced parts of Allisonville to one lane each way and put a bike lane in, and did a connecting path between two strip malls that runs under SR-37. I think its coming along nicely.
