acquired by International Beryllium Corp. of
for $10.5 million.
Nonferrous employs 35 at its 12-acre
campus. The company reported $11.7 million in 2007 revenue and is profitable,
International Beryllium said in a statement.
Nonferrous is a niche maker of copper beryllium, copper and
bronze alloys used in auto manufacturing, electronic-component manufacturing
and other industries.
Publicly traded International Beryllium said the purchase
would more than double its revenue.
