Accuride’s market capitalization in the past month fell below the minimum average of $25 million. The company’s average had fallen to $9.2 million when Accuride warned of the potential delisting late last month.
Accuride, which traded under the ticker ACW, closed at 53 cents per share Friday. The stock was above $14 in early 2007 before high fuel prices and the recession prompted cutbacks by its truck-manufacturer customers.
Accuride said it doesn’t plan to appeal the suspension, and expects its shares to be quoted on the Pink Sheet Electronic Quotation Service.
