Edgeworth Laskey Properties LLC is set to make an announcement tomorrow about a Fishers location it has attempted to develop for a decade.

The site, west of Interstate 69 and south of 106th Street, has been targeted for an office complex since 1998.

Tomorrow’s announcement is scheduled at Fishers Town Hall and is expected to include Council President Scott Faultless, and John Edgeworth and Tom Laskey, principals for Indianapolis-based Edgeworth Laskey.

The announcement will involve a $100 million commercial project that will pump millions of dollars into the local economy and “create a gateway into Fishers’ booming business district,” according to a release issued by the company.

Faultless said the project will involve several office buildings and the announcement of an anchor tenant.

A widening of the two-lane 106th Street is not planned, nor is an interchange expected to be built at I-69 anytime soon, he added.
