The Indiana Wildlife Federation hosts three
remaining workshops for the Environmental Habitat Steward Certificate Program designed to teach landscape
planning, design, and development professionals about wildlife friendly methods. Each participant who completes the workshops
will become certified by IWF and eligible for 26 certification maintenance credits from the American Institute of Certified
Planners or 28 Continuing Education credits from the American Society of Landscape Architects. Training #2: Fort Harrison
State Park, January 9-10th & 16-17th; Training #3: Clifty Falls State Park, February 6-7th & 20-21st; and Training

Mitchell E. Daniels Jr. and The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission will host the 19th
Annual Statewide Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Celebration
, at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 14, in the State House Rotunda.
State employees, the general public and special guests will attend the event honoring the life and works of Dr. King. The
program will include a keynote address by James Young, Mayor of Philadelphia, Mississippi, and the presentation of awards
