The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said Tuesday that it has launched a new Web site and buildings database, powered by
a geographic information system, to support state economic development efforts.
The site provides companies, site-selection consultants and economic development professionals access to real estate and
demographic information needed for expansion or relocation research.
Features allow visitors to view available properties and search by square footage, use, cost and available infrastructure.
In addition, demographic reports can be created directly from the site.
Web-based demonstrations of the new statewide sites and buildings database will be hosted on Feb. 26 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
and on March 4 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. To register, click the link associated with the day you intend to view the online demonstration.
The Web site is available at: StateIN.zoomprospector.com.
