A woman has died after being injured when a pallet of bottled water fell on her while she was working at a Kroger supermarket
in central Indiana.
A Kroger spokesman says 32-year-old Lori Keen of Franklin had been on life support since she was hurt March 15 in the warehouse
of the Franklin store. She died Saturday at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Kroger says Keen was checking in a shipment when the water fell and that a delivery worker saw what happened.
Kroger spokesman John Elliott says the company won't release information on its review of the accident until an investigation
by the Indiana Occupational Health and Safety Administration is completed.
