Purdue President France Cordova arrived Tuesday in Beijing for four days of meetings with officials from Tsinghua University
and China Agricultural University.
During her stay, she'll sign paperwork to enhance Purdue's collaborative research and academic programs with the
two schools.
Purdue's new partnership with Tsinghua University is expected to lead to collaborations in clean energy, earthquake mitigation,
climate and human health. Tsinghua University is similar academically to Purdue, with engineering, science and technology
programs.
