  1. Eric is 100% correct. Ryan Vaughn has always been about corporate welfare. He has never had a problem with working men and women paying higher taxes to hand out money to private developers?

    You know who is responsible for the idiotic 50 year parking contract in Indianapolis? Ryan Vaughn. He cast the deciding vote. Of course, the firm he worked for, Barnes & Thornburgh, represented the company that got the contract. But I’m sure that was a coincidence.
