Director of Marketing, Morales Group Staffing

Luz Flores wanted to be a pediatrician until she got to her junior year of high school and someone showed her what it looked like to work in marketing. She chose marketing as her major in college, added another major and minor, and “have loved the various aspects of marketing, from digital to grassroots to strategic to leadership.” In her role with Morales Group Staffing, she’s responsible for leading branding and positioning initiatives to clients, the Morales workforce and the company’s community partners.

Proud moment in your career? “The opportunity to frame the marketing team and propel the impact our marketing team has on the internal team, external workforce and client base through mission-oriented work.”

What have you learned about yourself since you joined the workforce? “I love being in and creating community across anything I do.” 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? “Continuing to create opportunities and open more doors for the next generations.”
